Compensation and Appeals

Lands and Survey, acting as agents of the National Roads Authority, provide compensation estimates for land affected by new road schemes. The department negotiates and settles claims with landowners affected by new road schemes in accordance with the Provisions of the Roads Law (2005 Revision). The content on this page and in the guides should not be considered legal advice.
