What to Include
Please share:
- Your name and the best way to contact you.
- What happened, when, where (include reference numbers if you have them).
- What outcome you’re hoping for.
What we will do
- Acknowledge your compliment or complaint within two (2) business days.
- Investigate and respond within 20 business days. If it will take longer, we’ll let you know why and give you a new date.
- Use your feedback to recognize staff or improve our services.
If you're Not Satisfied
If you’re unhappy with our response, you can ask for an internal review by a senior officer who was not involved in the original decision. If the matter is still unresolved after our internal review, you may escalate it to the Chief Officer, Ministry of Planning, Lands, Agriculture, Housing & Infrastructure (PLAHI) or an independent review of how we handled your complaint.

Include your name and contact details our reference number if known, a brief summary of what happened, the outcome you’re seeking and why you believe the matter remains unresolved. We will fully cooperate with the Ministry’s review and implement any recommendations they make
